Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To enter, participants must meet the following requirements:

Must own an existing business (registered or actively trading).
Must have a clear business model (what you sell, who you serve, how you deliver).
Must already have basic brand identity elements, at least the following:

– A business name
– A logo or clear brand colours
– Basic business information (about, services, product list, contact details)

Note: The giveaway does not include logo design, branding development, or copywriting from scratch. Content must be provided by the business.

2. Required Readiness

To qualify, the business must:

Be able to provide required materials within 48 hours of being selected (business details, logo, service descriptions, product info, etc.)
Be reachable within 24 hours for onboarding communication.
Be ready to approve the website design quickly, since the prize includes a 7-day launch.

3. Winner Selection

Only one business will be selected.
Winner must satisfy eligibility and readiness requirements.
If the selected winner cannot provide the required details within the timeline, we will select an alternate winner.

4. Prize Inclusions

The prize includes:

Professional 5-page website
1-year domain + hosting
CRM setup
AI Assistant setup
AI Social Scheduler setup
Regional & national directory listings
Deals & offers setup

No cash alternatives. Non-transferable.

5. Geographic Eligibility

The competition is open to businesses in Trinidad & Tobago.

6. No Purchase Necessary

Entry is free and does not require a purchase.

7. Fraud Prevention

Duplicate entries or false business submissions will be removed.
Paradox reserves the right to verify business legitimacy.

8. Agreement

By entering, participants agree to:
- The use of their business name in the winner announcements.
- Participate in a short testimonial or case study after launch (optional but encouraged).
