Role Overview

Paradox Studios TT is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and understands how to sell digital solutions, marketing services, and creative production offerings.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding Paradox Studios’ client base locally and internationally, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Present and pitch Paradox Studios’ services to potential clients
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop tailored proposals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in digital, marketing, or creative industries)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Experience selling digital marketing, content production, or creative services

Compensation:
Base salary + commission, with uncapped earning potential for high performers.
