Role Overview
Paradox Studios TT is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and understands how to sell digital solutions, marketing services, and creative production offerings.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding Paradox Studios’ client base locally and internationally, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Present and pitch Paradox Studios’ services to potential clients
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop tailored proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in digital, marketing, or creative industries)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience selling digital marketing, content production, or creative services
Compensation:
Base salary + commission, with uncapped earning potential for high performers.
