Paradox Studios Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, developing impactful digital strategies, and coordinating with creative and technical teams to deliver measurable results.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through strategic digital marketing initiatives. From developing social media strategies and creative briefs to monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted and long-term relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives and provide strategic digital marketing recommendations.
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain content pillars, social media calendars, and engaging blog content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze digital marketing metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize return on investment while ensuring projects remain within scope.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.
  • Lead client meetings, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, company events, and client campaigns.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Perform other related duties that support the success of the Client Experience and Agency Services teams.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in account management, digital marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Experience developing social media strategies, content calendars, and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social media management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for creativity, innovation, and client success.

  • Job Location: Hybrid – Trinidad & Tobago
  • Job Type: Full-Time Contract
  • Job  Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
