Paradox Studios Limited is on the lookout for a strategic and solutions-driven Agency Services Manager to lead and optimize the delivery of client services across our creative and digital accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in agency operations, team leadership, and project management, particularly across design and digital marketing functions.
The Agency Services Manager will oversee the performance and output of our Graphic Design and Digital Account Management teams, ensuring client projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. You’ll act as the glue between strategy and execution, process and creativity, maintaining smooth workflows while cultivating an environment where both people and projects thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for the Graphic Design and Digital Account Management teams
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Mentor team members and support their development through goal setting, feedback, and accountability
- Oversee client deliverables from briefing through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Review and approve creative briefs, proposals, estimates, and scopes of work
- Serve as a senior point of contact for client escalations and complex accounts
- Maintain and refine internal workflows and systems to improve operational efficiency and output quality
- Manage the agency’s production calendar, project timelines, and resource allocations
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including project profitability, resource utilization, and client satisfaction
- Support the implementation of growth-focused business strategies and process innovations
- Coordinate vendor relationships (e.g. freelancers, photographers, videographers) to support client needs
- Assist with new business development, including RFP responses and prospect research
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in project/account management or agency operations, preferably in a creative or digital environment
- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, including designers and account managers
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing and creative production lifecycle
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards
- High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strategic mindset with the ability to implement scalable systems and workflows
- Passion for creativity and innovation, while maintaining operational discipline
