As our Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, driving digital strategies that connect, convert, and deliver ROI. From building strong client relationships to developing creative briefs, overseeing social media campaigns, and analysing performance, you’ll play a critical role in shaping work that makes a difference

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients for digital projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and objectives and maintaining frequent contact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements.
  • Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
  • Develop creative briefs for client projects.
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for clients.
  • Create and update content pillars, social media calendars.
  • Create engaging blog posts
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Report on digital strategy performance with actionable insights.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing results.
  • Stay up to date with Social media, digital technology, marketing, and industry trends.
  • Attend and present at monthly and quarterly project/client reviews.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand/company events.
  • Attend company/brand executions and events.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar Marketing role.
  • In-depth working knowledge of major social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel in particular)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing social media strategies and creating content calendars.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving client objectives.
