Job Summary
The Quality Analyst ensures that all written and verbal communications across Paradox Studios TT meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand integrity. You will review, refine, and maintain accuracy and tone across client and internal deliverables from campaign copy to web content, ensuring they align with strategic messaging, style guidelines, and project objectives.
He/ She is responsible for reviewing all written material produced by the organization, including web copy, blog articles, email campaigns, and marketing materials, to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Copy Review & Editing: Review all written materials (Blogs, Websites, Landing pages, Email campaigns, Social media posts, Sales flyers, etc.) for grammar, syntax, clarity, and brand tone consistency.
- Content Consistency: Ensure alignment with client-approved brand guidelines and internal style standards.
- Process Development: Maintain and update content QA checklists and editorial standards.
- Feedback & Coaching: Provide actionable, constructive feedback to the Technical Teams, Account Managers and other contributors.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with design and technical teams to ensure message and visual harmony across media.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Verify content facts, brand names, and legal or compliance language where applicable.
- Reporting: Track recurring content issues, QA performance, and improvement areas for leadership review.
- Review SEO elements: Ensure correct grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and maintain brand tone while reviewing SEO elements (keywords, meta tags, readability) for web-based content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in editorial or content QA within a digital, media, or agency setting.
- Exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and messaging frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Trello, Basecamp, or similar).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reviews under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO, UX writing, and conversion-oriented copy principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
