Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visually appealing website designs, mockups, and UI layouts.
- Translate brand guidelines and creative concepts into functional digital designs.
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly web solutions
- Prepare design assets, icons, and graphics optimised for web use.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
- Make iterative design updates based on client or internal feedback.
- Support basic front-end tasks (HTML/CSS) as needed, under supervision.
- Conduct basic quality assurance checks to ensure design consistency and responsiveness across devices
- Trouble shoot minor design, layout, and front-end issues, ensuring accurate implementation and consistent user experience across browsers and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and web design.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a web design support role
- Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and layout fundamentals.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern aesthetics.
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic troubleshooting skills, especially relating to visual inconsistencies, broken layouts, asset issues, and simple front-end errors.
Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to content management systems (WordPress, Webflow).
